Actor Playing Lucas Roberts Still Single

Bryan Dattilo - Lucas Roberts on NBC's Days of Our Lives - revealed Saturday that he recently purchased a home, but he is as yet unmarried.

Bryan made the comments this past Saturday [July 18, 1998] at Joyce Becker's Soap Opera Festival 1998 at the Adventure World water park in Largo, Maryland.

Crofton Online asked Bryan if he likes current Days writer Sally Sussman better than James E. Reilly, who left as the show's head writer last year. He said that he prefers the story line his character now has.

When asked what influence he has on the Lucas Roberts story line, he said that he has none whatsoever. He finds out what will happen only after the script is finalized.

Bryan and other soap opera stars pranced, joked, hugged, and flirted with an appreciative, overwhelmingly female audience. They then signed autographs and posed for cameras.
