7 AM Saturday, July 11 at the Village Green in Crofton: Farmers prepare for market opening at 8 AM.
A year of hard work by members of the Crofton Civic Association paid off on Saturday, July 11, as the new Crofton Farmers Market officially opened. Locally grown fresh produce, beautiful flowers, herbs and spices, a variety of breads, homemade jams and jellies, and even live crabs were available for purchase.
The market is now closed for the season, but will reopen in the spring. Check back then for complete details.
However, some of the farmers are taking phone and / or mail orders for some holiday items. Crofton Online will provide complete details here, online, very soon, so please check back!
