Crofton Online: Hypocrite Henry Hyde
Homewrecker Sees Difference Between Republican, Democrat Sex
'Youthful Indescretion' Lasted Six Years, Destroyed Young Family

Henry Hyde with 'youthful indescretion' Cherie Snodgrass

Certainly one of the most disgusting, immoral characters in the House of Representatives is Republican Hypocrite Henry Hyde (HHH), who lead the assault on the Presidency during 1998. HHH repeatedly attacked President Clinton for engaging in private, consentual oral sex with a single woman, which he feels represents "high crimes and misdemeaners" under the constitution.

HHH feels, however, that as a Republican, his affair with Cherie Snodgrass was different. After all, when he first met Cherie, he told her that he was single.
HHH described himself and Cherie Snodgrass as being "good friends" for the five years of their affair. Fred Snodgrass, since divorced from Cherie, said HHH's idea of being good friends was to have "an affair with a young woman with three children, keep her out until the early morning, away from her family, nightclubbing, set her up in her own apartment and lavish her with gifts of jewelry and furniture."

"All I can think of," said Mr. Snodgrass, "is here is this hypocrite who broke up my family."

The Snodgrasses: Happy before HHH

One of Cherie's grown daughters described her mother's contempt now for HHH's 'youthful indescretion.'

"My mother originally didn't want me to say anything to the press," she said, "but she's just fed up with how two-faced he [HHH] is. She knows she wasn't his first mistress, and she wasn't his last. She hates all that family-values stuff. She thinks he's bad for the country; he's too powerful, and he's hypocritical."
